Extracts & Meat ExtractsMaverick has established supply chains for international manufacturers of media utilising spray dried beef stock powder, and concentrated beef extract. Materials are from 100% Australian origin beef and production parameters have been modified in accordance with manufacturing clients’ specifications/needs. NO spinal chord or head meat is utilised in the starting material and the supply chain closely monitored to ensure ongoing compliance with this imperative. The concentrated beef extract is produced to a total solids ranging from 75-85%, bioburden of <5000 cfu/g @35° Celsius and packaged into 20kg drums for export. The spray dried beef stock is produced to a maximum moisture of 5%, protein level of >90%, and maximum bioburden of 10,000 cfu/g. Packaging is in polyethylene lined cartons or bags. |
